The (Associate) Director Market Access role in Munich, Germany, is a pivotal leadership position within Gilead's dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Market Access, you will spearhead strategies to secure timely patient access to Gilead's growing portfolio. Operating in a lean, agile matrix environment, you'll navigate Germany's complex healthcare landscape, including AMNOG processes, while maximizing product value. Key duties include defining and implementing strategies, leading AMNOG-related activities such as early advice meetings, value dossier development, oral hearings, and price negotiations. You'll provide critical input into clinical development for optimal launch readiness and reimbursement. Additionally, design, conduct, and publish HEOR studies, leveraging real-world data analyses. Expect close collaboration with local and global stakeholders to align on pricing, reimbursement, and access goals, ensuring Gilead's therapies reach those in need.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Market Access, Health Economics, Natural or Economic Sciences, or a Medical Degree. A minimum of 7 years' experience in Market Access within pharma, biotech, or healthcare is essential, with deep expertise in the German healthcare system and AMNOG processes. Knowledge of international health systems is advantageous. Proven skills in designing and executing HEOR studies, including modeling, are required. Strong analytical, strategic, and methodological abilities, coupled with project leadership in matrix settings, are critical. Excellent communication in German and English, a professional network, and a team-oriented mindset complete the profile.
