Role Overview

The 1st Shift Production Operator position at Cardinal Health's LaVergne, TN Pack facility offers an entry-level opportunity in a state-of-the-art production environment. Working Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm (with occasional overtime or weekends based on business needs), you'll operate light-duty bench- or floor-type machine tools and automation equipment.   • Monitoring production targets and driving the team to achieve or surpass goals.
  • Participating in additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Expect routine assignments under moderate supervision, with regular output reviews by leads or supervisors. Complex issues are escalated appropriately.
