The 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, Refrigeration position at our TN-LaVergne-3PL LV1/LV2 facility offers a stable, full-time opportunity in a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll contribute to the seamless flow of healthcare products by executing a range of manual and automated tasks. Primary duties include following established processes to fulfill orders—accurately picking products from refrigeration areas, conducting quality control checks, packing items securely, and preparing shipments for internal and external customers. You'll cross-train across multiple warehouse functions, participate in improvement projects, and maintain inventory accuracy through regular controls. Housekeeping is paramount to uphold a clean, safe environment compliant with FDA and OSHA standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred for inventory tracking and basic reporting. At this level, success involves applying knowledge to standard tasks, learning new methods quickly, maintaining certifications, and working under moderate supervision with routine problem-solving. Complex issues are escalated to leads or supervisors, ensuring a supportive team structure. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate equipment in a refrigerated environment (typically 34-40°F) is required.
