The 2025 PepsiCo Foods New Graduate Supply Chain Leadership Program offers recent graduates an unparalleled entry into the dynamic world of supply chain management. Based in world-class manufacturing facilities or distribution centers in Lethbridge or Taber, AB, or Surrey, BC, this full-time program empowers you to lead from day one. You'll tackle real-world challenges, balancing cost, quality, service, and people priorities while contributing to sustainable initiatives for brands like Quaker and Frito-Lay. Open to those completing their Bachelor's by September 2025, this role demands a readiness to relocate within Western Canada and a passion for hands-on leadership.
In this role, you'll dive into operational excellence with impactful assignments. Conduct cost/benefit analyses to optimize supply chain performance across four key imperatives: cost efficiency, product quality, customer service, and team development. Attend continuous improvement training to hone leadership skills, ultimately leading a front-line team toward established performance targets. Motivate and coach your team on performance processes, fostering a high-achieving environment. Drive productivity by identifying efficiency gains, such as reducing scheduled downtime, pinpointing raw material loss points, implementing process changes, and minimizing product and packaging waste. Your contributions will directly enhance sustainability and innovation in PepsiCo's operations.
