Key Responsibilities

As an Injection Molding Operator, you'll follow structured training to master the production process. Core duties include:

• Load and Operate: Load plastic tubes onto the injection molding machine and activate cycles safely.
• Unload and Inspect: Remove molded tubes from core pins at cycle end and perform visual inspections for quality specs.
• Maintain Efficiency: Adhere to cycle times to meet production targets.
• Pack and Prepare: Package finished parts for shipment, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
• Clean and Maintain: Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean and organized for optimal safety and performance.
