Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Job Summary:Provide process engineering support to manufacturing under limited supervision, with emphasis on process improvement and optimization aimed at increasing productivity, enhancing quality and efficiency, improving yield and reducing unit cost.Responsibilities:# Establish and document processes, and monitor when necessary to ensure process reliability under limited supervision;# Continue to optimize manufacturing process by using statistical control and process designed experimentation to enhance manufacturing operation;# Troubleshoot process problems, recommend and implement solutions;# Adapt techniques and methods to develop process quality control methods for use by operators/technicians to ensure consistent quality product;# Assist in the training and improvement of technical skills of production personnel;# Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Basic Qualifications: # Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering or other related disciplines;# 5+ years related working experience in a manufacturing environment;# Ability to apply related process engineering knowledge and skills to improve process and quality;# Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral;# Good PC skills.
