Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Responsible for order management via ESKER, process quality control, and touchless rate improvement.Timely Order Validation: Ensure order validation within the agreed target time.Touchless Rate Improvement: Focus on improving the touchless rate.Case Queue Monitoring: Responsible for monitoring case queues in Salesforce (SFDC).Training and Consulting: Provide training and consulting to other teams to improve processes or obtain adequate input.Process Improvements: Work on continuous improvements and CI (Continuous Improvement) projects.Quality Improvement: Focus on enhancing process quality.Cooperate with CSRs on the quality of documents sent to ESKER and on projects, improvements, and automation.Role QualificationProficient in English communication, both verbal and writtenExperience with ERP systems and order processing platforms.Experience in customer order management is a benefit.Experience with data quality, master data management, or familiarity with supply chain processes, manufacturing, or materials management preferred but not required.Detail-oriented and enjoys working with operational processes.Proactive attitude towards entrusted duties.Collaborative team player.Strong analytical skills.Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
