The focus will be on delivering high-value, differentiated solutions to key customers in the electronics markets, including consumer electronics, automotive, and IoT sectors.Primary Responsibilities:Provide support to Key Account teams through in-depth technical expertise in electronics-related applications.Drive the growth of product applications by converting competitive products and developing new applications.Actively participate in local and global New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by offering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and technical requirements.Manage multiple customer projects effectively.Deliver product and application training to both internal and external audiences.Collaborate with Key Account teams to replicate successful application implementations.Basic Qualifications:Master's degree or higher in Materials, Electronics, Mechanical, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.A minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics materials and applications.Proven ability to lead and drive customer projects independently.Experience in managing customer complaints.Strong skills in global teamwork and innovation.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in consumer electronics or automotive sectors is preferred.Familiarity with tapes, adhesives, and film products.Experience in thermal and EMI/EMC application development.Proficiency in both oral and written English.Location: Shanghai, 3M R&D Center, ChinaTravel: May include up to 70% domestic and international travel.Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
