Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Area Sales Manager:( West -Mumbai ) Responsible for managing sales @ Westen RegionResponsibilities Execute and achieve targeted sales volumes and value for assigned territory on monthly and year-on-year basis.End to end Customer relationship and Key account management.Develop Opportunity hopper and manage it through Sales Automation tools.Continuously manage distributor operations, optimizing for order fulfillment, inventory, and claims managementTo Manage & support Distributor sales team to achieve the goals.Coverage of assigned Market / area, demonstration of products at the Customer locationConducting contact programs at the key account locationsTo Generate & support for Annual Rate agreements with Key accountsForecasting, sales plan development, marketing plan execution with growth mindset.Shall collaborate with cross functional teams for customer service and complaint management.Primary Metrics:Deliver operating and collection planBuild & execute channel plan at the TerritoryChannel managementKey account managementBusiness DevelopmentDevelop opportunity pipeline & Updating SFDCStakeholder engagement –End customer /PMC/BSC/ Dealers & Interior contractorSkills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role, requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Key account /End customer sales experienceBusiness Management acumenStrong communication & presentation skillsAbility to engage & build relationship with PMC/Interior/DealerQualifications Required: Prior work experience (5-7years) in Sales Managing End customer & Channel /Similar IndustryMBA from a reputed institute / BE or B.
