This role will report to the business team, with a dotted line to the Intellectual Property (IP) team, to safeguard our brand integrity and IP rights. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in brand protection.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze market activities to identify, analyze and report potential brand/IP infringements and counterfeit products to IP team.With the guidance and input from the IP team, support investigations, clearance, evidence-gathering, agreements and enforcement actions related to brand integrity and IP protection issues; liaise with stakeholders including business teams, online platforms, IP counsels and external agencies to address brand protection challenges.Educate internal teams and external partners on brand protection policies and procedures.Prepare reports and presentations on brand protection activities and outcomes for senior management.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting brand protection.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
