Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development and Growth Leader to lead regional growth initiatives across India and Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving market expansion in alignment with global and regional objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:Develop and execute regional growth strategies tailored to local market dynamics and aligned with ISD’s global vision.Channel Partnership:Collaborate with local and national channel teams to implement growth initiatives, programs, and go-to-market strategies.Customer Engagement:Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to drive business development.Sales Management:Future hiring and management of ISD sales leaders in the regionPortfolio Management:Lead demand planning and forecasting based on customer insights.Recommend and execute portfolio strategies tailored to local market needs.Drive new product introductions and manage local pricing execution.Marketing & Promotion:Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities in alignment with ISD’s objectives.Market Intelligence:Provide actionable insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to global, area, and local teams.Representation:Serve as the face of the ISD division in all customer and distributor interactions, ensuring consistent and professional engagement.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution or equivalent experienceSeven (7) years or more of management consulting, exceptional business, sales, or equivalent experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentCurrent, valid driver’s licenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:MBA from an accredited institutionExperience in the Industrial Services Division (Paper & Print, Packaging, B&C, SRM, or PC)Experience articulating value propositions and system-sellingDemonstrated success in business strategy, operational marketing, business analytics, customer negotiations, price management, and leadership by influenceExperience developing and managing key accountsStrong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamworkWork LocationIndia (Bangalore or Delhi)Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
