The performance measures for this role will include service delivery and meeting SLA metrics, process improvement and compliance.He/she will report to an accounting team lead and will be interacting with relevant parties in the country finance and GSC teams. You may be asked to work in both legacy and SAP systems.The responsibilities will include:FIXED ASSETS: Perform Fixed Asset Month-end and Annual TasksPerform asset creation in the systemMaintain Records of Asset Disposals & TransfersMaintain opening and closing of FA ModulePerform complex issue resolution Provide 1st level of support or guidance for Analysts and AssociatesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual FA accounts reconciliationsIdentify and investigate variances, clean up ageing recon itemsPropose and/or implement solution to resolve aged open itemsBALANCE SHEET ACCOUNTS RECONCILIATION: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts reconciliationsIdentify and investigate variances, clean up ageing recon itemsPropose and/or implement solution to resolve aged open itemsProvide 1st level of support or guidance for Analysts and AssociatesJOURNALS: Process Manual JVs requests (prepare JV Templates)Ensure completeness of supporting docs of journals (i.e. basis for calculation, approvals, JV Templates, etc.) • Prepare complex self-initiated journalsProvide 1st level of support or guidance for Analysts and AssociatesOPERATIONAL RHYTHM: May participate in T1 and T2 HuddlesEscalate issues occurring in the production floorFacilitate / lead T1 HuddlesProvide inputs to the End to End Specialists during Financial Statement Review, Account Balance Sheet Review and Post Close ReviewSOX AND COMPLIANCE: Assist in providing supporting documents requests from SOX / Auditors.
