Here, you will make an impact by:Lead new technology identification, organizational learning, and market/competitive insights through Trend Analysis, Secondary Research, and Customer engagementLead Marketing Planning for Automotive BIW/Chassis and Propulsion/Emissions segments and partner with TEBG Platforms, Global Commercial Marketing, and TEBG Marketing Center for execution and measuring impactPartner with Vertical ADE and Platform Portfolio and R&D teams to progress technology hopper ideas to Build Business Case with focus on BIW/Chassis Structural AdhesivesDevelop Lead Generation priorities and content for BIW/Chassis and Propulsion/Emissions and execute campaign programsPartner with Platform Portfolio and Marketing Center to execute NPI commercial launch plansConsults with Account Based Marketers, Marquee and Key Account leaders, Vertical and Platform R&D for customer workshop design and executionYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higherFundamental experience in New Product Commercialization, Marketing, Strategy, Sales and/or technical roles in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in Business or Technical disciplineExperience in solving complex customer design challenges in a technical, sales, or marketing role in the Automotive market environmentPrior experience in sales, business leadership, or technical role in the Automotive marketExperience successfully commercializing new product platforms in the Automotive marketBusiness leadership, technical, or sales experience with Structural Adhesives productsTravel: May include up to 10% internationalSafety is a core value at 3M.
