Here, you will make an impact by:Troubleshoot/Repair mechanical equipment and electrical components.Maintain a safe work environmentPerform housekeeping tasksOperation of Mechanical equipment and portable power toolsYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start from an accredited institutionPossess a Two (2) year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, OR five (5) years’ experience in Maintenance Controllers, PLCs, Robotics, Servo Controls, and various industrial control systemsApplicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Direct experience with manufacturing equipmentProven skill level in working with equipment manuals, prints, and chartsGood written and oral communications skillsPay & Benefits: The starting rate of pay for this position is $28.89-39.56 depending on years of experience, skills, and education. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
