Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:Selbstständiges Einrichten und sicheres Bedienen der Produktionsmaschinen.Regelmäßiges Reinigen und Rüsten der Anlagen innerhalb vorgegebener Zeitvorgaben.Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen und Anlagen; Unterstützung der Instandhaltung bei Störungen und Wartungsarbeiten.Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards.Lückenlose Dokumentation und Berichterstattung in SAP (MES) sowie in Regelkarten, RUN‑Karten (Laufkarten) oder vergleichbaren Systemen. Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:Erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerblich/technische Berufsausbildung.Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung.Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Bereitschaft im 7-Tage-4-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten.Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:Kenntnisse aller Sicherheitsbestimmungen sowie technisches Verständnis.Gutes Qualitätsverständnis und Grundlagen des Qualitätsmanagements.Sie besitzen gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP etc.).Teamfähigkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit.Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität.Stellenbezogene InformationenSchichtmodell: Vollkontinuierlicher Schichtbetrieb.Vertragsart: Befristeter Vertrag für zunächst 1 Jahr.Arbeitsort: Hilden, vor Ort.Safety is a core value at 3M.
