Detailed roles & responsibilities include but not limited to:Understand business request, maintain price records in SAP and other pricing system timely & accurately.Coordinate with marketer to submit price requests.Trouble shooting of any price error noted from both internal & external process.Assist marketer for any mass price adjustment, such as annual price increase, price renewal…..etc.Provide pricing performance analysis and reporting.Participate pricing project to optimize pricing structure, process, system..ect.Perform price data clean up regularly to improve data accuracy, completeness, simplicity & visibility.Response to any inquiries related to price information, process & systems.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above2+ years related working experience in business operation or finance, customer-facing experience preferred.Strong coordination and communication skills, strong ownership, proficient in data analysisFluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading and writing are all required)Good excel and PPT skills, prefer to have Power BI experience, proficient in data analysisLearn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
