The person hired for this position will have responsibility for new products development and commercialization, critical manufacturing processes improvement with expectations of optimal safety, quality, and cost reduction. This position requires an individual with strong professional background, cross function collaboration, and leadership skills, who is a good decision maker with the ability to collect facts and facilitate good projects decisions.Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following): Leading new products development, commercialization, critical manufacturing process improvement, and/or introduce new technologies to the automotive market.Prototyping and making unique products with strong value proposition using 3M technology, customer and market understanding, competitive product knowledge.
