Job Description:The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Production Planning Manager (m/f/*) in Hilden, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Lead our planning processes, including S&Ops, capacity management, and daily production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency. Identify key obstacles affecting our service and inventory targets and coordinate the necessary resources to resolve them.Ensure your team has the necessary tools and clear priorities to achieve our objectives.Work closely with the plant leadership team to optimize planning for service excellence and cost-effective working capital utilization.Ensure all stakeholders are informed about existing challenges and their resolution paths to secure collective success.
