Lead customer complaint investigations, supports customer interactions/communications in issue resolutionIdentify, plan, lead and complete continuous improvement projects (CIP) and/or quality programs involving innovative applications and extensions of existing and new technologies of major importanceCollaborates with laboratory and global manufacturing teams to ensure uniform and consistent metrology through Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), round robin correlation studies, and use of Internal Reference Materials (IRMs) as appropriate. Assists in the development and improvement of global test methods as needed.Supports supplier management efforts, incoming RM monitoring and improvementSupport and oversee area change management projects, utilizing quality tools and processesFunction as an effective Product platform quality leader and collaborator in area supporting Marquee and Key Account customers and manufacturing for Semiconductor materialsCreates and maintains an extensive global network of resources (quality, laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing) to facilitate completion of assignments and to share best practices. Independently performs project planning and project execution.
