Here, you will make an impact by:Inspecting product to determine compliance with order specifications, customer requirements, and company's quality control systemAssuring compliance with legal requirements, and shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standardsExcellent visual skills to detect minute non-conformances (ex: cracks, voids, tool marks, etc.)Operate small hand tools and process equipment with dexterityWork with precision tools and equipment using good judgment to prevent damage to equipment, to understand equipment operation, and to be efficientYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)Previous quality inspection experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentApplicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.
