Reporting to the NZ Regional Sales Manager you will have territory responsibility to grow and achieve sales targets whilst supporting 3M Channel Partners and end user customers who use our range of innovative Personal Protective Equipment. Role and ResponsibilitiesAchieve Personal Safety Division sales targetsAchieve individual Pipeline Targets for own territory NZ. Development and implementation of sales plan to manage distributors and end users in territoryPrepare and deliver on sales territory sales plan in alignment with divisional goalsDevelopment of new business within defined territoryExtensive field sales work including product training at end user customers covering a range of industries such as manufacturing, transportation, pharmaceuticals, food processing and healthcareDevelop network of industry contacts with participation and attendance in relevant industry associationsRole requires development of technical knowledge relating to our range of Personal Protective EquipmentQualificationHigher School Certificate or equivalentMinimum 3 years in Professional Sales RoleDegree qualification preferred.
