The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and leading new product applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in lab analysis in conducting experiments to understand product applications, competition benchmarking and its failure mode.Strong business acumen with experience in managing multiple projects and working closely with customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Have information on building and construction industry, especially of glass.Strong planning and organization skills.Ability to understand technical subject matter or willingness to learn.Proficient with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other related software programs.
