Here, you will make an impact by: Handling cross-functional Service and Repair duties including but not limited to; daily data entry, inventory fulfillment/receiving/movement and warehousing optimization.Documentation management across all functional areasAdherence to applicable registration criteria in addition to driving continuous improvements initiatives pertaining to quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.Demonstrate knowledge with ERP (QAD and/or SAP) systems Collaboration with colleagues to support/ level load workload as required in various operational functionsStrong emphasis on maintaining a safe and healthy work environmentYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) One (1) year of experience in ERP systems in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Post Secondary degree preferredDemonstrated leadership experience preferably within a manufacturing/technical organization.Proficient personal computer skills in MS-Windows and OfficeAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and completeness of work.Organization skills required to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Work independently with minimal directionStrong communication skills (verbal/written)Experience with process documentation creationAbility to develop knowledge in alternate administrative and interpersonal skills to fulfill a multitude of tasks as requiredHighly motivated and energetic.
