Here, you will make an impact by:Processing Indirect, LTL, FTL ShipmentsGreater than 25 shipping destinations both in Canada and internationally, including 3M DCs and freight forwardersFedEx and UPS shipments for less-than-pallet customer orders to support KUT's order businessA combination of direct-to-trailer and manual picking operationsSeveral products received to Quality Status for C of A generation before shipmentDock management: Balancing incoming, outgoing trailers with material shunts to and from the off-site warehouse to feed production.Management scrap/recycled flow from production departments to coordinate full trailer loads for shipmentWarehouse mill supplies managementTrailer and container inspectionsProvide Support for Daily material movementsOngoing feedback and SRM for multiple carriersDaily interactions with 3M groups outside the plant, including transportation, export operations, customs, and TDGHeavy daily interaction with the planning group to coordinate customer shipments, including expeditesHeavy lifting may be required at times Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Completion of High School or equivalentCurrent, valid Driver’s License.Must reside in CanadaAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Familiarity with SAPMicrosoft suite.
