Here, you will make an impact by:Leads…Leading the planning and execution of work on site utility systems as the subject matter expert and advocate for all site utilities systems and equipment. This includes leading the planning and execution of site utility work over our annual shutdown period along with routine and corrective maintenance throughout the year as needed. The Site Utilities Coordinator is also a leader in site energy management – leading the site energy team, maintaining the site energy metrics / advocating for continuous improvement in site energy savings, and working to ensure that the site is ISO50001 Ready. The role also serves as the liaison between 3M and our utility providers.Implements…This role is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing site utility renewal projects and execution of routine work such as carbon changeouts in support of Wastewater Treatment.
