Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:Entwicklung und Implementierung von Produktionssystemen zur Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse.Analyse bestehender Produktionsabläufe und Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen.Einführung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Reduzierung von Verschwendung.Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Umsetzung von Best Practices in der Fertigung mit europäischen und globalen Schnittstellenfunktionen.Überwachung und Visualisierung der Produktionskennzahlen und Erstellung von Berichten zur Leistungsmessung.Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungsoptimierung oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der Implementierung und Entwicklung von Produktionssystemen sowie in Lean-Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.Erfahrung im Coaching von Teams und Führungskräfte im Rahmen der Entwicklung von Produktionssystemen.Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:Gute Kenntnisse in SAP oder ähnlichen ERP-Systemen, sowie der Digitalisierung von Reports mit z.B.
