Hier maak je als volgt impact:Het voeren van acquisitie en deze omzetten in duurzame klantrelaties en het uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties bij de Autoschade ketens en Strategische Accounts in de Benelux. Het analyseren van data aangaande verbruik van Non Paints van bestaande klantrelaties en deze op regelmatige basis met de klant bespreken en indien nodig een verbeterplan opstellen.Bij installaties van nieuwe klanten of het implementeren van nieuwe processen bij bestaande klanten neem je de leiding over de coördinatie van het inzetten van de Sales Reps en/of Application Engineer.Nauw samenwerken met je collega’s en de Strategic Account managers van onze distibutie partners.Je vaardigheden en expertise Om je vanaf dag één voor te bereiden op succes in deze functie, is 3M op zoek naar kandidaten met de volgende kwalificaties:Hoger beroepsonderwijs (HBO) niveau.Aanzienlijke commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in autoschadeherstel.Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden.Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.Vaardig in PowerBi, Excel, SharePoint en Teams.Ervaring met contracten en aanbestedingen.Netwerkvaardigheden.Commercieel gedreven, proactief en overtuigend.Safety is a core value at 3M.
