Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Participate in supply chain analytics projects, collaborating with supply chain teams, business units, and IT to map business processes, integrate internal/external structured/unstructured data sources, and design data integration solutions.Use Power BI, Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Power Pivot), SQL, Python, and other tools to extract, clean, model, and visualize data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Monitor supply chain data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform performance for operational continuity.Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reports to support supply chain decisions (e.g., inventory optimization, logistics tracking, demand forecasting).Perform ad-hoc data analysis (e.g., supplier performance, cost variance) using Excel and BI tools, delivering actionable insights.Key Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's Degree required in quantitative field, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Statistics, etc.Minimum 5 years experience with supply chain functions.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain analytics (e.g., procurement, logistics, inventory management).Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization design) and Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query), with ability to create end-to-end reports.Strong cross-team communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin (required for handling Chinese supply chain data and global collaboration)Determined, self-motivated and adaptable to different cultures and working environments.Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
