Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:• Lead and drive Taiwan Network Optimization projects from project gate review to project execution• Work with Procurement and Area DC Ops team to identify suitable 3rd party service providers (3PL) to transition 3M DC for consolidation• Work to explore Distribution Automation strategy with 3PL for sustainable costing model to support 3M DC operations• Lead change management with cross functional teams (BG /Planning, Legal, HR, and Gov Affairs) from site closure to site consolidation• Drive optimization of inbound logistics haulage and domestic outbound delivery to customers as a result of DC consolidation /network changes• Work closely with IT/SAP for system change /transition due to the change in DC network strategy• Ensure EHS assessments and reviews are completed on any potential DC sites with the support of Area EHSQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above 5 to 8 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or operations management.Strong analytical skills and well versed in PBI.Positive attitude with strong resilience and commitment to overcoming challenges and achieving results.Excellent team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrates independence and decisiveness in task execution.Strong operational and problem-solving skills with a history of delivering consistent results.Proven leadership abilities with strong negotiation, influencing skills, and ability to lead change management.Experience with SAP systems and functionality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in working with third-party logistics providers.Experience of project management in logistics or logistics network optimization.Familiarity with distribution center automation technologies.Change management certification or experience.Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
