The role involves collaborating with the quality, R&D, and sales teams to ensure product performance, resolve customer complaints, and support business growth through technical expertise.Key Responsibilities1. Product & Application SupportProvide technical guidance to internal teams and customers on adhesive tape applications.Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and application feasibility studies.Assist in selecting the right adhesive tape solution for different customer needs.2. Testing & AnalysisPerform laboratory testing (peel strength, shear, tack, adhesion to various substrates, etc.).Analyze customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis.Maintain testing records, generate technical reports, and suggest corrective actions.3. Quality & ComplianceSupport quality assurance team in evaluating incoming raw materials and finished goods.Ensure product specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.Participate in audits and certification processes (ISO/IATF/Customer audits).4. Process & DevelopmentCollaborate with R&D for new product development and customization.Provide feedback on process improvements to reduce defects, improve performance, and optimize costs.Support scale-up from lab trials to shop-floor production.5.
