(Including: phone inquiries, email/web tickets and walk-in inquiries, follow-up/resolution of escalated tickets, etc.).You will drive escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions.You will implement actions required by system and updates Data Base continually.Investigates and resolves problems and provides solutions which may involve a network of resources.You will lead administers/advises IT navigation of supported functions – this may include requesting access, granting access and advising clients through screen navigation.Performs “off-phone” tasks supporting HR related functions as directed.Assists in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes.
