Position Summary

As 3rd Mate, you'll work under the Master and Chief Mate aboard state-of-the-art tankers. Expect a demanding 12-hour shift schedule (two 4-hour watches plus 4 hours work), capped at 15 hours/day or 36 hours/3 days. This safety-sensitive role demands proficiency in navigation, cargo systems, deck machinery, and watchkeeping.
