Responsibilities
- Define and drive road-maps for business analysis within IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform and Fleet Operations, aligning team goals and deliverables with broader organizational objectives.
- Define and anticipate business problems, then research and assess varied approaches including industry-leading solutions or crafting custom solutions.
- Build or influence cross-organizational collaborations with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on direction and resource allocation.
- Serve as a domain expert in ITSM (with experience in ServiceNow implementation) and Fleet operations, providing insights into current practices and solutions for value.
- Oversee the integration of multiple work streams across business analysis, engineering, and technical teams to ensure project delivery and process improvements. Manage internal and external risks associated with changes to products, processes, or services.
