The Users, Partnerships, and Creators Data Products team enhances the experience of front-line strategic partner managers and support operations. This is achieved by developing scalable data products and delivering cogent insights for partner engagement, creator and consumer support and go-to-market strategies across YouTube's relationships with creators, brands, media companies and distributors. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of our centralized reporting and analytics solutions. You will partner with Partnerships, Support, and Go-to-Market teams to translate business needs into impactful data products that drive better decision-making at scale. You will own the delivery of these solutions while advocating technical best practices among our community of BI analysts and data engineers.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of centralized reports, dashboards, models, and tools to analyze and present data related to partner management, creator and consumer support.
Collaborate with Partnerships, Consumer and Creator Support Operations, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify key business questions and process pain points where data products can enhance YouTube's GTM outcomes. Translate ambiguous business requests into technical requirements for insightful data products.
Deliver and contribute to a prioritized roadmap, working cross-functionally with Data Infrastructure (DI) and Engineering to release product features that empower stakeholders to improve YouTube's support outcomes.
Deliver data products to Partner Management and User Support teams to drive better decision-making. Assist in creating Key Performance Indicators and key results for the YouTube Business Organization, and provide strategic and operational recommendations to achieve goals.
