Job Description
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in infrastructure, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Openshift, etc.) and web technologies. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with troubleshooting, code-reading and debugging in Python, Shell, Bash, Java or C/C++. Experience with Operating System (OS) like Linux Networking and System Design (e.g., infrastructure design, low level design/high level design, load balancers, Content Delivery Network (CDN), Denial of Service (DOS) protectors, etc.). Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Work with customers on their production Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)/Anthos deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness, availability, and scale.
- Develop an understanding of Google Cloud's GKE/Anthos product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause for customer-reported issues, building tools, and diagnosis.
- Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, business, customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.
- Work as a team of engineers/consultants that ensure customer support. Work non-standard work hours/shifts, and may include weekend work.
- Understand customer issues, advocate for their needs with internal teams, including product and engineering teams, to find ways to improve the product, and drive production.
