Responsibilities
Define the product goal, roadmap and success metrics for the team such as data analysis and use that to inform product strategy and day-to-day decisions.
Provide cross-functional leadership to a virtual team of analysts, operations, legal, policy, Public Relations (PR), privacy, User Generated Content (UGC) experiences, infrastructure, developers etc and several more across other product area (core, trust and safety).
Be resourceful in rallying various troops behind a common goal building strong relationships across the board. Be articulate and confident in communication.
Work with Machine Learning and Platform teams.
Take complete ownership and autonomy in solving a real-world problem for Google products.
