Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (degree)
Experience in HR related role (experience)
Experience in recruiting/sourcing or a similar role (experience)
Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism in ambiguous and complex situations (experience)
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently (experience)
Ability to communicate in English fluently (experience)
Responsibilities
Support recruiting and hiring related activities, including understanding role requirements, mapping and sourcing of candidates, communication with candidates, interview training, hiring events planning, etc.
Use, update, manage different recruiting tools and trackers to ensure data integrity, and communicate with candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
Develop strong relationships with hiring teams and other stakeholders, and perform other related duties as required.
