As a Digital Strategy Lead within the Accelerated Growth team, you will identify and grow customer prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem to set them up for sustainable growth on platforms. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (degree)
  • 5 years in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT (experience)
  • 3 years with advanced degree in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT (experience)
  • 5 years in account management, sales, or marketing (experience)
  • Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels (experience)
  • Experience in sales in technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environment (experience)
  • Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management (experience)
  • Experience in media across various platforms (experience)
  • Experience influencing advertisers, agencies, and clients (experience)
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievements.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering a positive customer experience and achieving customer business/marketing goals.
  • Own the full cycle business process by driving customer outreach, pitches, solution implementation, and performance evaluation.
  • Engage, support, and build relationships with customers, partner with the internal Small to Medium-sized Business (SMB) Account Manager team to pitch and accelerate business growth, and coach teammates in the organization to expand skills that cultivate customers growth and contribute to overall team success.
  • Manage executive-level engagement, questioning, objection handling, and promoting, lead and strengthen executive-level relationships through key executive-level meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
