Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field (degree)
5+ years of overall experience (experience)
3+ years of software engineering experience in audio software systems (experience)
Experience in Android or Linux audio stack development (experience)
Experience developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases (experience)
Communication experience and demonstrated experience working across disciplines (experience)
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent (degree)
Experience with DSP in the audio domain (experience)
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams (experience)
Experience with audio-related software features across all layers of the audio stack (experience)
Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop and debug audio features on Android systems
Collaborate in a team environment across multiple scientific and engineering disciplines, making the architectural tradeoffs required to rapidly deliver software solutions
Develop system software for a variety of wearable consumer devices
Develop clean readable code, debug complex problems, prioritize and get things done with a high level of efficiency
Learn constantly, dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies, and embrace the ambiguity of problem solving
