The Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations team within GPS brings together the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments. The Partner Marketing Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy for the GTM, Programs, and Operations team aligned for first party events inclusive of partner presence at flagship events or events focused on engaging executive decision makers within partner organizations. Further, the Partner Marketing Manager will develop an approach to increase engagement of global and regional partner teams, along with partners in marketing activities including events and other partner benefits. The perfect fit is a modern marketer with a proven capability of creating and executing event and marketing strategies by leveraging a data driven approach and voice of partner/customer. The candidate has experience in event management, the ability to identify opportunities to increase consumption of GTM benefits and campaign assets, while leveraging the voice of key strategic partner relationships to amplify benefits. Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
Create and execute bi-annual Partner Advisory Council (PAC) event including stakeholder and budget management, overall event management with event agency, content reviews, and creation of communications plan to ensure all stakeholders and partners remain informed and engaged throughout the planning and event process
Lead cross GTM team workstream efforts for Microsoft first party events and collaborate with Global Partner Marketing Managers on third party event strategies
Develop cross team plan for educating and activating regions on key partner events, marketing activities, and GTM benefits to increase consumption
Collaborate with global events team on identification of featured partners and ensure a positive and high value experience for each partner during first party events
