Sr. Business Program Manager

We are seeking a Sr. Business Program Manager to oversee the content and channel discovery that supports the delivery of effective learning experiences to Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) learners. This role is a force multiplier for learning at scale. As the Content Discoverability Lead for MCAPS Academy, you’ll shape how learning content drives business outcomes by making it easier for the right people to find the right resources at the right time. You’ll lead the strategy behind our SharePoint experience, govern the content catalog and metadata, and optimize discoverability across platforms like Viva Learning. Your work will directly influence how teams engage with learning, how programs land across the field, and how content connects to performance. You’ll partner across data, tools, delivery, and communications to build systems that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.
