You’ll conceptualize and design original solutions for complex problems, ensuring simplicity and ease of use.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of design experience. (degree)
  • Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and prototyping tools. (degree)
  • Demonstrated experience driving design from concept to implementation, including wireframes, mockups, and developer handoff. (degree)
  • Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design. (degree)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. (degree)
  • Passion for design and strong interaction/visual design skills. (degree)
  • Experience solving complex design issues and shipping experiences. (degree)
  • A user-centric approach with the ability to apply research insights effectively. (degree)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. (degree)

Responsibilities

  • Partners with creative, engineering, PM, UX research and writing teams to define and iterate on product features
  • Owns proactive communication across teams tailoring tone and format for clarity, inclusivity and stakeholder alignment
  • Plans and estimates design work incorporating user insights and business needs into end-to-end design strategies
  • Builds prototypes of varying fidelity presents to teams/customers and gathers feedback to refine user-centered designs
  • Masters and contributes to design systems shares learnings and connects ideas across teams for continuous improvement
  • Collaborates with developers for pixel-perfect implementation performs QA and challenges technical limitations
  • Builds and maintains tools/platforms listens to internal/external feedback and connects design with engineering for efficiency
  • Influences cross-functional collaborators and fosters clarity and impact across design efforts
