Required Qualifications

  • Experience creating frameworks and articulating organization-wide strategies with an outside-in perspective. (degree)
  • Experience working with industry upskilling and credentialing programs, and familiarity with the rapidly changing AI landscape for both knowledge workers and developers. (degree)
  • Experience defining product strategy, prioritize across features, and align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research). (degree)
  • Communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management experience. (degree)
  • Experience in defining success metrics and measuring impact. (degree)

Responsibilities

  • Collect and synthesize industry approaches to upskilling business users, higher education students, productivity workers, and non-technical executives on AI.
  • Deeply understand non-technical AI upskilling news, events, industry announcements, social, and academic research from startups, universities, ed tech companies, and technology providers.
  • Create and manage frameworks, benchmarks, and scorecards to compare external skilling offerings, programs, credentialing, and content, including regular reports to leadership and knowledge sharing internally.
  • Collaborate with product teams on user experience and technical requirements, anticipating nascent industry trends and future needs.
  • Engage with customers and partners to validate hypotheses and gather feedback.
  • Define metrics and performance indicators with data and research.
  • Be a trusted partner to executives and a core part of how WWL sets strategy and builds a culture of rigorous planning and data-driven decision making.
