Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, or process improvementOR equivalent experience. (degree)

- Experience in project/program management, process design, and operational excellence. (degree)
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems by applying knowledge and judgment to identify approach and methods. (degree)
- Experience working in Business Operations and/or Finance Environments. (degree)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, etc.) to align business objectives and ensure compliance with organizational policies. (degree)
- Ability to communicate and influence across diverse audiences. (degree)
- Demonstrated impact and influence skills and the ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels. (degree)

Responsibilities
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and optimize programs based on insights and lessons learned.
- Partner with leadership to align programs with evolving organizational priorities and drive adoption of change initiatives.
- Evangelize complex programs to stakeholders to gain buy in.
- Work across teams to ensure all program requirements are understood and can be met.
- Oversee program governance and compliance.
- Contributes to or leads a portfolio of projects including the project plan, documentation of roles and responsibilities, timelines, milestones for complex programs.
- Identifies and scopes opportunities to develop new programs and improve current ones.
- Drives clarity in complex program issues and strives for simplification.
