Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of manager onboarding programs for all priority roles, ensuring alignment with MCAPS business outcomes and priorities.
Own end-to-end program management, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement a curriculum design framework that streamlines the onboarding journey and validates manager skills, leveraging best practices and integrating with existing Human Resource (HR) offerings.
Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to ensure onboarding programs address the unique needs of managers and support their success in role.
Drive innovation and experimentation in onboarding programs to maximize engagement and efficacy for managers.
Use data-driven insights and learner experience metrics to inform decision-making and program evolution.
Automation & AI Agentic Integration: Leverage automation tools and AI agentic experiences to streamline onboarding workflows, personalize learning journeys, and enhance learner engagement and productivity
