Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to roleOR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (degree)
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (degree)
  • 3+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 1+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role. (degree)
  • Familiarity with AI trends and know how of how to use AI tools (degree)
  • Excellent research, sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills. (degree)
  • Passion for and significant experience in building strategic candidate pipelines. (degree)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and stakeholders through the provision of solid market insights. (degree)
  • Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure (degree)
  • Previous experience in Software/Internet/IT Consulting industry will be a plus. (degree)
