Executive Relationship ManagementBuild trusted advisor relationships with CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, and innovation leaders. Drive strategic engagements that elevate Microsoft’s role in the customer’s transformation journey.
Industry Expertise & Technical DepthTranslate complex banking challenges into actionable technology solutions. Leverage broad technical knowledge to orchestrate engagements across Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
Security & AI AdvocacyPosition Microsoft as the trusted partner for secure AI adoption. Lead conversations around compliance, identity, and risk mitigation in financial services.
Partner & Ecosystem EngagementCollaborate with Industry Digital Strategists (IDS), Data Architects (DA), and Industry Experts (IE) to co-create solutions and expand opportunity pipelines.
Sales Enablement & Opportunity CreationDrive pipeline generation and technical sales motions. Align with Account Executives (AE) to ensure quota coverage and strategic alignment across NZ banking accounts.
