Focused primarily on UK and Ireland, as an HR Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in activating our HR Consulting mission, to empower Microsoft's business performance and inclusive culture through human-centred, data and insights and AI powered, coaching and global solutions. What you’ll do:Lead innovative techniques to drive high performance and partner with managers and leaders to deploy themDeliver our people rhythms, at scale Lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, policy concerns, and culture challengesPartner with specialist teams such as Workplace Investigation (WIT), Business & Regulatory Investigations (BRI), and Global Employee Relations (GER) to manage sensitive cases and implement effective remediation strategies.Identify trends in data and proactively recommend solutions to strengthen our culture.Provide expert consulting and coaching to managers, enhancing leadership capability and fostering a high-performance environment.Drive scalable HR programs and capability-building initiatives, leveraging data insights to anticipate training needs and improve processes.Contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects tailored to business priorities, ensuring alignment with global Centers of Excellence.Craft and deliver nuanced communication strategies that resonate across diverse audiences.Why join us now?Microsoft is leading the way in AI innovation, sustainability, and inclusive growth.
