Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. (degree)
  • 4+ year(s) of experience with the following: Proven track record of delivering user-facing features at scale, from concept to launch.Collaboration and communication skills across design, engineering, and business stakeholders.Experience with agile product development and data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for Azure Copilot and agentic experiences in the Azure Portal, as well as for related Microsoft surfaces (GitHub, VS Code, M365).
  • Partner with user research to deeply understand customer pain points, behaviors, and expectations.
  • Translate insights into intelligent, accessible, and scalable product features that improve customer satisfaction and reduce friction.
  • Champion responsible AI principles and ensure ethical, secure, and inclusive AI experiences.
  • Define and track key experience metrics (e.g., task completion, satisfaction, NPS, latency).
  • Use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead customer engagements and feedback loops to refine and evolve agentic experiences.
