Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience (degree)
1+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related operational functions (degree)

Responsibilities
Lead financial analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommend growth and risk mitigation strategies, including scenario modeling to influence decision-making
Review and present findings to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and compelling manner
Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Business) to ensure seamless information flow and identify key drivers for informed decisions
Build collaborative relationships that foster transparency and remove barriers to execution
Anticipate stakeholder needs, prioritize effectively, and formulate strategies that drive long-term initiatives
Develop audience-specific reports and communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective decision-making
Improve efficiency of core finance activities through automation, process excellence, and advanced analytics
